I give you a call for a 15 minute consultation to discuss your goals.

I send you a Client Centre form to complete and send back to me.

Step Four

I call you back to discuss your options and we decide on a loan that is right for you.

Step Five

You sign the required paperwork and I submit your application.

Step Six

The loan process commences and I keep you informed with weekly updates.

How much do I have to pay you as my mortgage broker?

My services to you are completely FREE! I receive a commission from the lender for facilitating your loan.

How long does the process take?

Once I receive all the documentation I need from you, I lodge your application with the lender. Depending on the lender and the complexity of your finances, it can take anywhere between one and eight weeks to process your application. Often, lenders with special offers or those with the lowest interest rates have the longest turnaround times. Getting all your documentation together correctly at the beginning will reduce the chance of any roadblocks in the process.

What is CashDeck?

CashDeck is an online software platform that allows you to provide me with access to the bank statements needed for your loan application. The CashDeck platform uses the same encryption as the banks so you know your information is safe.

How do I know my information is safe with you?

As a mortgage broker operating in Australia, I am bound by the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 and the National Consumer Credit Protection Regulations 2010. This includes obligations to protect the confidentiality of your information in all my dealings with you.


The systems and facilities I rely on to process your application use the same encryption as the banks. Your information is as safe with me as it would be if you went directly to a lender.

How often will you update me about my loan progress?

You will be updated on a weekly basis about the progress of your loan.
